		I'm inspired by many places and things. I love to travel, therefore exposing myself to diverse cultures and opening myself up to outside influences. After all, there is always room for growth - or should I say - growth is a MUST in this ever changing world of fashion whether in clothing, lifestyle, or hair. Mixing the trendy British grit and street style with the classic sophistication of the french can be amazing, if properly interpreted. I'm influenced greatly by the Italians. Having lived in Tuscany, and even currently spending significant amounts of time there, I'm always touched by the pride with which they present themselves. 		I think the differences between being a good hair colorist, and a great hair colorist - the golden key, so to speak - is communication and education. We, as professionals, must always try to understand our clients expectations, agree on a plan of action, and execute accordingly. If this sounds technical - it should. Your colorist must have a strong technical background for the infusion of artistic influence to make sense. Also, a professional must take the time to understand you and your lifestyle. A pretty picture is great...but that picture has to be you....personalized. You must also be sure that your colorist cultivates and nutures their craft. Just as I spoke of before, fashion changes so quickly, one must proactively challenge themselves to better serve her clients. This is not to say that what works today, no longer works tommorrow, but subtle difference can easily update your look.
